Production Manager for PRG on an event for Tourism New Zealand / The Hobbit Movie Premiere. Supervised all production elements, tech crews and staging. The roof and stage structure was an enclosed 100' deep x 65' wide x 55' tall structure that was installed behind the Beverly Hills Hilton in a small parking lot. Four movie sets from the film were brought up from New Zealand and installed on to the stage. Nineteen day loadin, five days of events and five days to strike.
Production Manager for Metro Aviation 40th Anniversary Party held in November 2022. Event site was on top of a hotel in downtown Shreveport, requiring the use of a 120 ton crane to install & strike all production elements over a one week period. Major production coordination with all vendors to ensure a smooth installation and a successful party. Cyndi Lauper & Mike McDonald were the headline entertainment for the event.
Staging Supervisor for this event held at the Reagan Library in Simi Valley, CA celebrating Ronnie's 100th birthday (he was there in spirit). Stage, rigging, lighting, sound & video all were installed in the Air Force One Pavilion, with everybody having to work around the Boeing 707 Air Force One airplane and the multi-level space of the pavilion.
